Project Management

(for new build, conversions and renovations)
With over 20 years of experience in the Buy To Let private residential sector, we have carried out many property renovations in between tenants. We hold trade accounts with most suppliers where those benefits are passed on to our clients and several teams of contractors, we can call upon to carry out a schedule of works whether it is a bathroom renovation or a new build house. Our primary focus is Project Management of a conversion from one unit into multiple units for the Buy To Let market. Over the course of the works, a representative of Shaycrest Asset Management will be attending site visits at least once a week with a photographic report sent to you with updates.

Asset Management

(for large property portfolios)
Having dealt with large property portfolios for over 15 years, we work in conjunction with a sister company to ensure the daily running of your portfolio is kept to a high standard. We can oversee Service Charge payments, monthly accounting statements sent to your Accountants, collecting quotes for Insurances, negotiating terms for renewals and facilitating the end of tenancies. Further, through a combination of all aspects of our services our aim is always to maximise both rental incomes while strategizing the efficiencies of processes. Currently we manage approx. £50m worth of Residential & Commercial property with an approx. rental value of £2.5m per annum.
